Economic cooperation between Russia and the states of Korean peninsula: perspectives in the beginning of the 21st century

In this paper, the perspectives of economic cooperation between Russia and the states of Korean Peninsula is considered. The current status and perspectives of trade and economic relations between Russia and the states of Korean peninsula is analyzed both separately and from the point of view of possibilities of trilateral relations. Special attention is attached to large investment projects requiring state support and regulation as long as natural platform for interaction with South Korea and DPRK is Russian Far East. The analysis is made mainly through the prism of interests and possibilities of the latter.
