  • Abstract
    The conception and realization of an experimental radar for ecartometry at 94 GHz have necessited the study and fabrication of silicon PIN diodes limiters able to protect the reception channels in the presence of 1 kW peak incident power. This article describes the method of approach and the results obtained for these limiters.
