Abstract :
In this paper, ventilation systems of a large hydro-generator are analyzed. A new method named network analyses is presented to calculate ventilation circuits. The general equations are obtained by the electrical network theory. The equations are solved numerically with the successive iterative method. A general program of FORTRAN language is worked out. The ventilation system of the hydrogenerator in Sanxia power station is calculated with the network analyses method
