Abstract :
The actuality of problem put by authors is aimed at elaborating new models and algorithms for measuring the quality of different components of education process. Information technology based on expert-statistical algorithms was developed. The system algorithms elaborated have a software implementation and are introduced to the teaching process at some universities of Tomsk.
