  • Abstract
    The dielectric porous anodic aluminum oxide films with embedded silver nanoparticles arrays have photoinduced plasmon-coupling and can be applied to photo-absorption sensors. We systematically change the pore diameter and inter-pore spacing to investigate their influence.
