Abstract :
Aiming at the requirement of synchronous multi-channel data acquisition in large-scale acquisition netwrok, it presents a distributed measurement and control system that is based on EtherCAT with real-time ethernet technology and distributed clock. It ensures the synchronization, timeliness and ordering of the system. And the board-level data synchronization acquisition was implemented by device selection and signal management of SYNC0 and SYNC1. The system has the advantages such as good synchronization, simple realization, high data rate, strong extensibility, etc. The results showed that data transfer rate of 100Mbps, and the systems achieved a less than 750ns synchronous error over 300m.
