Abstract :
We report the design and test of a 32×32 array of single photon avalanche diodes. The imager uses a delay-insensitive address-event link for the readout. The chip is fabricated in 0.18μm CMOS in an area of 1.886×1.866 of which 4% is occupied by the readout circuits.
