Abstract :
Geomorphic parameter method refers to a model parameters calibration in a material area, after the parameters up to good effect, the model parameters and watershed geomorphic parameters will establish the relationship, and then using the geomorphic parameters of the ungauged area calculate model parameters of the ungauged area, then substitute model for forecasting. Disaggregation method is the use of a model parameters calibration in the downstream station of the observed data set to establish upstream watershed forecasting scheme. In order to explore the ungauged basin flood forecasting problem, This article introduces the application of the above two methods based on the HBV model as an example. The HBV model parameters is calibrated by Wujiang River Basin observed flood data set. Then it is used to calculate the parameters of Tiantoushui river by the above two methods respectively. It show good results, that use the Tiantoushui river observed flood data set to verify.
