Application of a contracted mining mode to the Jingshansi Surface Iron Mine

This paper introduces a new contracted mining mode and, in combination with the engineering practice, conducts an analysis of the traditional mining mode used in the Jingshansi Surface Iron Mine. In accordance with the requirement of the contractor, it makes an optimized design of the contracted mining mode that is to be used in projects. In the implementation of contracted mining, it makes a study of a few issues like the production speed, the quality and the guaranteed progress, all of which the owner cares about. Thus the surface contracted mining project´s fast going to production can be realized, ensuring the demand of the project in both the quality and output, and providing reference for similar ones in future.
