  • Abstract
    Transistor voltage regulators have been widely adopted in VSCF AC power systems in aircraft. The paper researches the digital voltage regulator and presents the hardware platform of the digital voltage regulator, which is based on a DSP chip-TMS320C32. A novel fuzzy-filter control structure is developed from normal fuzzy control strategy, and a fuzzy-filter control algorithm is adopted in the hardware platform successfully. To improve the loading transient performance, the field current limitation method is adopted. An imitation method of setting the field current limitation values has been introduced. The experiments on the digital voltage regulator show its great advantage over the analog regulator
