  • Abstract
    Technological and scientific potential of Research Institute "Orion" is presented in the field of development of high performance active and passive solid-state microwave devices, modules and components as well as multifunctional devices on their basis. All these products taken together form solid-state component base for advanced systems and equipment in frequency range up to 200 GHz.
