Abstract :
Urban sprawl not only gets a rapid economy development, also gets manmade damage to the sea. The Kiaochow Bay has a natural superior geography with mountain and sea which makes a special culture of Qingdao. Meanwhile, there also have activities such as sea reclamation, cultivation, rubbish emission and facilities building etc. Realize the serious result caused by sea damage, make strict policies which must be followed to protect environment, recover the ecology communities to achieve a together development both for city and development.
