Abstract
The radar reflectivity of moving motor vehicles is discussed as a function of polarization, aspect angle, slant range and other parameters. The experimental setup comprises a dual channel 35-GHz-CW-dopplerradar with selectable transmitt polarisation, direction of motion sensing capability and a signal recording system. The results of the experimental study provide basic data for the design of law-enforcement radars at Ka-Band.
