Abstract :
The paper chooses the emission quota of three wastes of electricity and heat production and supply during 1995-2009. It inspects and inters the environment pollution caused by the industry and its impact on economic development from the angel of chronological sequence. First of all, we use ADF unit root test to the environment pollution data and economic development guideline, so that the stability of the chronological sequence data. Then, we use Granger causality test to examine the satisfied balance conditions. Finally, for China electricity and heat production and supply, when on the condition that the lag phase is 2 and significance level of 5%, the sulfur dioxide and dust emission is the reason which causes the change of our gross industrial output value.
