Abstract
The mobility management is a key issue in wireless communication system. To support the mobility the Mobile Internet Protocol has the responsibility to find the point of attachment of users. This protocol is interlinked with the Home Agent and Foreign Agent of associated networks and generates the Care of Address. During the mobility the header of data packets and context will be transferred form one form to another. This procedure affects the Quality of Service parameter. In this paper we are proposing a novel strategy of header compression and context transfer with the synchronization. It has been observed that the proposed techniques produce the better results as the existing.
