Abstract :
The river management is a complicated work involving in many different units. Though having the abundant rivers basic document and the examination achievement on each unit, the information-technology exchanging infrastructure is not certainly unobstructed. Prior to becoming a developed e-government, WRA must continue to act persistently in affiliating with cross institution´s coordination cooperation, as well as conforming water conservation correlation unit´s information, in addition, maintenance of data access improvement and pursuit of water resources data-exchanging platform must be emphasized. Water Resources Agency (WRA) has set up Water Resources Information Services Platform (WRISP) to be a kernel and hub for information exchange between different agencies. Based on acquiring the instant information of different rivers, WRISP provides one-stop service website to get the application of eRiver information. Thus solving the problems of integrated information from different departments and agencies, lowering the limits built for connecting WRISP with eGSP (eGovernment Service Platform), WRISP can provide friendlier user information and execute more modern and safer information goals as well.
