Abstract :
The m-commerce is a new type of information system that uses the mobile devices via the wireless to perform a transaction from a commerce service provider for exchange of products or services for monetary consideration. In practice, the major task of insurance agents is to select a contract which conforms to the customers. However, mobile devices have not been developed in insurance industry that insurance agents cost a lot of resources in communication with customers. Therefore, to identify critical success factors (CSFs) in insurance industry to adopt m-commerce successfully is an important issue. The purposes of this paper is to identify variables of CSFs of m-commerce in insurance industry via qualitative method to help new insurance agents to understand the business environment.
