Abstract
CuInSe2 (CIS) is a key semi-conducting material with the best optical absorption which has been widely used in thin film solar cells. The main techniques for fabricating CIS powder are briefly reviewed in this paper. On the basis of their relative merits and de-merits of such fabricating methods, a new green "one-step total aqueous" process is proposed to be promising for CIS powder fabrication as its relative convenience, cheap and environment-friendly properties.
