  • Abstract
    To assure quality, ISO 9000 demands excellence in workmanship as well as thorough documentation. Therefore, ESD training is being intensified in the authors´ company, and continuous monitoring, e.g., of wrist straps and static fields, is being implemented to replace periodic checks and log sheets subject to audit. Documentation of an ESD-control program is described, and tips for ISO compliance are offered.
