Discussion on planning and design of rural public service environment — Exemplified by Caodian village of Zhijiang City, Hubei

With the economic and social development integration in urban and rural areas, to strengthen the construction of rural public service system is of very important practical significance to new rural residential environment construction. In reference to research foundation at home and abroad, this article takes Caodian village of Zhijiang, Hubei as an example from the perspective of new rural planning to analyze the existing general problem and the causes of China rural public service environment. Through the selection of core location of public service environment in settlements, scientifically positioning service function, reasonable function partition and layout, building style and the building body volume design and other planning design measures, good environment design effects have been achieved. Through research and discussion, reinforce the construction of rural human settlement, lead to live and work, be rich and civilized, eco-friendly modern mode of new rural social services, thus to promote the construction of new countryside.
