  • Abstract
Internal resistance, coefficient of Seebeck and coefficient of thermal conduct were measured and formulated in different temperature ranges based on theoretic model of output power for micro-thermoelectric generator. Max output power was measured with different number, different length of thermocouple and different temperature of heat and sink. The results show that the max output power increases when the length of the thermocouple decreases and will be optimized under certain average ratio. The max output power increases with the number of thermocouples in a certain range, and it is optimized under certain average temperature and difference of temperature. Micro-thermoelectric generate device was established based upon analysis results.
