Abstract :
A new method to measure off-turning degree of resonant grounding power network is introduced in the paper. According to the new method, off-turning degree auto-measuring system controlled by computer has been designed and the error of measurement results has been analyzed. Not only did the system keep the error within 0.64%, but also improve measuring precision apparently. The measuring method is simply operated and don´t need any other key parameters. With good character of real time, the time of measuring procedure is not more than 20 s. By the active eliminator, power network can work in good condition separately from system testing. Automatic and intelligent measurement of off-turning degree has been realized online.
