Abstract :
The design of the graphical user interface for the Resseller Resource CD is discussed. The interface is designed to facilitate the effective use of a wide range of functions and various information types available in the product. A total of five different interfaces are provided to assist the user in locating and processing needed information. Using Open Windows environment such as buttons, pull-down menus and pop-up windows, as well as a build-in help facility, online documentation, SearchTool and Multiviewer windows, users can easily and quickly locate needed information from their own desktop. Some of the lessons learned during the development and early implementation of the Reseller Resource CD are summarized
