Abstract :
A strategy, called a Communications Assessment, to help organizations make sure that both their technical and business written communications are consistent with each other and with corporate goals is described. The Assessment consists of interviews of key staff, evaluations of written material, and a report of the findings and recommendations. The result is a management tool that can be used as part of an internal system for continuous improvement and quality control
