  • Abstract
Complex problems of government organizations and private companies are more frequently being addressed by project teams rather than by individuals. A communication specialist who is a member of a project team has the opportunity to create an expanded and satisfying role. The challenge is to recognize and demonstrate the skills that are needed by a team which has a particular style and approach to the group process
