Abstract :
Aimed at the problems of time varying parameters, strong nonlinearity, mutual interference, process disturbance and measurement noise in cold rolling mill (CRM) process, a new dynamic intelligent quality controller (DIQC) based on fuzzy logic and neural network was proposed for dealing with the question of AGC system. The structure and algorithm of DIQC were designed, and the method was employed in the control process of AGC in CRM. The experimental results show that the DIQC is more efficient and robust than the traditional PID controller. It is demonstrated that the DIQC has satisfactory dynamic performance.
