Abstract :
This article begins with a general introduction to Middle East Railway residential area and explores the positive effects on the theories of modern urban planning exerted upon the formation and development of Middle East Railway Residential Area, and focuses on the profound illustration from different levels, namely the planning of the residential area, its distinctiveness and case study of the typical planning and layout.
