Abstract :
Business and technology trends are profoundly affecting the world of business process management, providing new challenges and opening new opportunities. This paper describes these trends and their implications from a business process management perspective, before presenting an approach, partially developed at HP, to address the novel challenges and capitalize on the opportunities.
