Study on the content of townscape planning oriented towards the management: Yesanguan townscape planning as an example

Since the reform and opening up, China´s urbanization process has been accelerated, however, the small towns appeared to be similar images and landscape features gradually disappear. Therefore, the townscape planning is proposed in time. It is a difficult problem about how to implement the townscape planning into the town´s construction and management. As a non-statutory planning, one of the core problems in townscape planning is how to control and guide townscape construction. In this paper, the compilation content of the townscape planning is chosen as the penetration point combined with practical cases. The initiative mechanism of townscape creation and construction is proposed from the compilation programmes and contents. In response to the initiative of working content, the content of rigid control and elastic guiding control is also stressed from the subject of management and implementations prospect, in order to coordinate the active development, culture inheritance and characteristic display.
