  • Abstract
The cost of pretreatment is one of the main barriers of the production of the liquid bioenergy-the second generation of bioethanol. It is very important for the development of the effective pretreatment method. The new method of combining wet oxidation with steam explosion was potentially prospective. The results showed that the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of lignocellulose was related to the removing yield of lignin in the lignocellulose. The optimum condition was obtained the temperature 160°C, oxygen pressure 0.37 MPa, the ratio of feedstock and water 1:1.75, the alkalic 12 g, the reaction time 15min with the 75% enzymatic yield.
