Business process management with vague data

Recent dynamics in the business world and the tough environment of globalization put enormous pressure on enterprises to be innovative. As a consequence, management concepts and IT systems must be capable of supporting adaptive organizations with agile processes. These processes automatically react to changes in their environment or provide mechanisms to be adapted. A fuzzy-based approach which enables the management of such agile processes is presented in this paper.
