Abstract :
OVERLORDTM is an early warning alarm system designed using the latest fibre optic technology, to warn electric utilities and power network providers of any major disturbance to any buried services. The author describes this complete system, which has been carefully engineered with the necessary software to operate warning alarms. The system is commissioned by Boddingtons and can be installed as a turnkey project if required
