Abstract :
Based on FEPG, 2d water pond circulation induced by paddlewheels is simulated by finite element method. The principle of FEPG for CFD is analyzed. Circulations in the same pond induced by 3 different arrangements of the paddlewheels are simulated. Analysis result shows that: Numerical simulation Based on FEPG is an effective method for studying on circulation in the water pond, and circulations will changed at different arrangement of the paddlewheels even if under the same power.
