Abstract :
Current decrease with time under constant applied voltage in liquid dielectrics is studied for times comparable with the time of chemical relaxation. Experimental investigations indicate that the current decreases for minutes, hours, and days. Therefore, it is proposed that the principle of attenuated memory be used for the mathematical formulation of the current change temporal process, allowing one to describe continuous current changes
