Abstract
This paper mainly discussed the properties of orthomorphic latin square, the equivalent relation between orthomorphism and orthomorphic latin square transversal, proposed a constructing method of orthomorphism by orthomorphic latin square transversal, counted the number of orthomorphisms and obtained a better lower bound of orthomorphisms.
