Abstract :
The cost of cellulase is the main barrier of the production of the liquid bioenergy-the second generation of bioethanol. It is very important for the development of cellulase to study the regulation method of the nitrogen source in the liquid fermentation medium with Trichodermaviride .The results showed that the type of the nitrogen source, the amount, the ratio, the adding time of the inorganic nitrogen and organic had the big effects on the cellulase filter paper activity. When the (NH4) 2SO4 and peptone complex nitrogen source 0.344g / L including with the ratio of 4:2 (w/w) were simultaneously added for 140h, the filter paper activity can reach 36.34IU / mL. If the peptone was then added after inorganic nitrogen (NH4) 2SO4 was added for 48 hours, the cellulase filter paper activity was up to 40.83 IU / mL. This method of the controlling nitrogen source can improve the cellulase activity.
