Abstract :
Priority assessment for rural roads is difficult due to different objective and subjective factors and needed to cooperate with the local administrative units and repair disaster damage information indeed master of the regional situation. The issues of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) proposed Professor T.L. Saaty in 1980 is applied in this study to establish a comprehensive series of assessment tables of rural roads for disaster repair sequence including farmer life and transportation as the main criterion, further according to classic weights for rural road length, farmer living distribution, overall use, alternative, and road, roadbed, drainage, slope and other status survey, etc, thus, in order to provide real survey information and references for the concept of rural road planning and operation.
