Abstract :
In this paper, I would like to have a glimpse on the several approaches to clarify a better method for the purpose of evaluating the performance of port chain logistics. This latter represents several dimensions. The logistical aspects incite to underline the relative importance of the commercial and the operational dimensions. The application on the port of Sousse, following a survey of some indicators evolution during the period 2000-2010, permitting to clarify several findings that touch its level of working and its capacity to satisfy the expectations of its users and customers.
