Abstract :
A model of a bus of lossy coupled microstrip transmission lines is developped for direct time domain simulation on IC chips or cards at a low computational cost. It adresses to ohmic losses and lines of equal width and spacing. It is validated using experimental measurements on two and three coupled line buses on a semi insulating GaAs substrate in a worst case of strong ohmic losses.
