Abstract :
In order to solve the environmental pollution caused by printing and dyeing wastewater, application of chlorine dioxide in treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater was summarized. The results show the technology of chlorine dioxide has the characteristics of simple, convenient for operation, low cost and high efficiency. The problems remained were pointed out. It is suggested that great efforts should be made to increase the production and application of chlorine dioxide.
