Abstract :
The paper first presented the general design and database design of Jinan urban flood DSS, it also emphasized input and output design of the flood simulation model. Then it carried on the elaboration for the key technologies of the system which included component technology, flood simulation model, automatical generation of flood briefings technology and status switching technology. Finally, the main functional modules of the system was introduced. It has been found that the system works well, and can provide scientific decision basis for Jinan city flood control.
