The research framework of the protection of urban excellent modern architectures

Urban excellent modern architectures are outstanding historical and cultural heritages, the research of protecting them includes two important contents, which are identifying standards and protection management strategies. From these two aspects this paper analyzes the protection research backgrounds, objects, and status quos of the urban excellent modern architectures and establishes the research targets, contents and foci of the next step, thus organizing the research framework for the whole subject.
