Abstract :
In this paper, a filter model is proposed based on SPM (Statistical Parametric Mapping) theory and testified by a simulator we designed. In the filter model, the communication channels of neural signal transmission and the filtering mechanism of neurodynamics are integrated into the network architecture of the default mode network and the simulation result is consistent with the experimental evidences in neuroscience. It provides an estimation of causality of the neural activities which is necessary for us to identify the effective connection of default mode network leading to the spontaneous cognitive function of the brain.
