Abstract :
IN this paper, a new type waveguide circulators have been developed. At 6 cm band, the enduring power of the circulator attain 4000w CW-power and its isolation is 20 dB over 0.5 GHz bandwidth. It is shown by means of electromagnetic fields theory analysis that to form a surface modes fields distribution in the ferrite is the core cause of increasing the enduring power and expanding the bandwidth of the circulators. The calculated performance and experimental results are given.
