Abstract :
The spatio-temporal dynamics of a class of Cellular Neural Networks (CNN´s) built with nonideal OTA´s is analyzed. The analysis takes into consideration the frequency response of the transadmitances used to implement the interconnection template. Simulation results at system and transistor level are presented.
