Abstract :
In this paper, the photovoltaic cell´s physical equivalent circuit and mathematical model are presented, and its curves of output characteristic are drawn. In addition, the working principle of Boost ZVT (Zero Voltage Transition) PWM converter has been introduced, and based on this, applying MPPT method of variable-step duty ratio perturbation, the MATLAB/SIMULINK model of PV power generation system has been established. It is proved by the simulation results that, the simulation model can decrease the power loss and output the maximum.
