Study on the development model of agricultural recycling economy in southwest China based on stalk resource utilization

Crop stalk is an important material resource for developing an agricultural recycling economy. From a recycling economy perspective, this paper approaches the necessity of developing an agricultural recycling economy in Southwest China which typically features stalk resource utilization. Based on field survey, this paper basically identifies three typical models of crop stalk resource utilization prevalent in Southwest China and their respective operational efficiencies, thereby providing a theoretic basis for the efficient and adequate utilization of local crop stalk resource and for the sustainable development of rural economy in Southwest China.
