Abstract :
According to environmental behavior of people, environment-friendly city evaluation index system was established on the four levels: the environmental quality and resource pressures, the production of environmentally friendly behavior, environment-friendly living behavior, and environmental friendliness of government behavior. The calculation methods of the human water coordination coefficient, the domestic water saving factor and the per capita domestic energy consumption were provided. The evaluation index system and calculation methods were applied to evaluate the degree of environmental friendliness of 14 environmental protection model cities. In 14 cities evaluated, the scores of the environment quality was generally high, while the environmentally friendly behavior of production and life in general is low scores. Level of economic development and living environment-friendly behavior has some negative correlation. The government should pay more attention to energy and resources saving of production, and sustainable lifestyle guiding with the residents, while promotes environmental facilities construction and urban greening.
