Abstract :
The manufacturing execution system (MES) is not only the bridge that connects ERP with the PCS, but the key of process industry Integrative Automation which bases on the ERP, MES, PCS. In the light of cement production process characteristic, this article analyzes the architecture and functions of cement enterprises MES and proposes its function module design. The cement enterprise MES implementation carries out the information fusion and combination between PCS and ERP, realizes the optimization control and management of the cement enterprise production process, which improves enterprise´s synthesis competition ability.
