Abstract
Existing small-signal theory shows that a small amount of second-harmonic content can lead to serious error in power measurements made using a Schottkybarrier diode power sensor. The paper gives a formula valid at large signal levels, and confirms the validity of both small and large signal theories by numerical integration.
